Citizens for Oversight of the Beaverton Landfill (COBL) is a volunteer organization of concerned citizens dedicated to making sure that Lakeside Reclamation, Inc. meets all local, regional, and state regulations governing land use, public health, and environmental safety. We have been monitoring this facility for over many years, educating citizens about the threat that Lakeside poses for our communities, and expressing our concern about land use and environmental violations to Washington County, Metro and the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).

We have been holding periodic meetings to discuss current issues.  Anyone interested in attending can contact us for meeting details.
